**Yoga Teacher Training Terms and Conditions**

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in our Yoga Teacher Training program. By registering for the program, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions:

**1. Payment Terms**

1.1 **Payment Obligation**: You, the student, are required to pay the total tuition fee for the Yoga Teacher Training program by the end of the training as specified in the program details or registration information.

1.2 **No Refunds**: There will be no refunds for any portion of the tuition fee once the program has commenced. In the event of withdrawal or non-completion of the program, you will remain responsible for the full tuition amount.

**2. Commitment**

2.1 **Student Commitment**: You are expected to fully commit to the Yoga Teacher Training program, including attending all scheduled sessions, completing required coursework, and actively participating in all training activities.

2.2 **Primary Host Commitment**: We, as the primary host of the program, are committed to providing you with high-quality training, experienced instructors, and a safe learning environment.

**3. Release of Liability**

3.1 **Injury Disclaimer**: Yoga involves physical activity and may include strenuous physical exercises. While we take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety, you acknowledge that there is a risk of injury associated with participation in this program. By enrolling in the Yoga Teacher Training program, you voluntarily assume the risk of any injury that may occur during the course of the program.

3.2 **Waiver of Claims**: You agree not to hold the primary host, instructors, or any other participants responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during the program.

**4. Program Changes**

4.1 **Modification**: We reserve the right to modify the schedule, content, or instructors of the program as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to you in a timely manner.

**5. Code of Conduct**

5.1 **Professionalism**: You are expected to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner throughout the program, treating instructors and fellow students with courtesy and respect.

**6. Confidentiality**

6.1 **Non-Disclosure**: Any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the program must not be disclosed or shared with third parties.

**7. Governing Law**

7.1 **Jurisdiction**: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Oregon], and any legal actions related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Coos Bay].
