**Yoga Retreat Terms and Conditions**

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in the yoga retreat organized by House of Asana. By registering for the retreat, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not proceed with registration.

**1. Registration and Payment:**
1.1. To secure your spot in the yoga retreat, a non-refundable deposit of $400-500 is required at the time of registration.
1.2. The remaining balance must be paid 1 month prior to the start of the retreat.
1.3. Failure to make the full payment by the specified deadline may result in the forfeiture of your spot without a refund.

**2. Cancellations and Refunds:**
2.1. All payments, including the deposit, are non-refundable.
2.2. In the event that you need to cancel your participation in the retreat, no refunds will be provided, and the full amount paid will be retained by the House of Asana.

**3. Retreat Schedule:**
3.1. The schedule of activities, classes, and events during the retreat is subject to change at the discretion of the organizers.
3.2. House of Asana reserves the right to alter the program, substitute teachers, or modify the schedule as needed.

**4. Health and Fitness:**
4.1. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in the retreat activities.
4.2. You must inform the organizers of any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or dietary requirements prior to the retreat.
4.3. Participation in any physical activity during the retreat is at your own risk, and [House of Asana] is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may arise.

**5. Liability Waiver:**
5.1. By participating in the yoga retreat, you release [House of Asana], its instructors, employees, and affiliates from any liability for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or inconvenience that may occur during the retreat.
5.2. You agree to assume all risks associated with participation in the retreat and related activities.

**6. Personal Belongings:**

6.2. It is your responsibility to secure your valuables and belongings.

**7. Photography and Media:**
